I have an HD11S, serial# 1979. I'm thinking I may need to rebuild the control valves for my blade, but really don't know what I'm getting into. The control is very finicky, doesn't always want to stay still in the middle detent, sometimes doesn't go all the way down without cycling the lever. Sometimes it decides it wants to go all the way up. I tell you, it's pretty difficult to make a flat spot when the blade has a mind of it's own! It looks like some kind of rotary valve, but I havn't seen anything like it on the hydraulics sites. My service manual doesn't show the hydraulics, so I figure there's a seperate manual for the blade. It's a straight blade. Can anybody give suggestions on adjusting, rebuilding, replacing, manuals, etc?
