My 580M series 1 (Cummins 4-390 non-turbo) has a diesel cooler. My buds 580 Super M series 2 (Ipeco with turbo) does not have a diesel cooler. Anyone know the logic behind this?
On some units the diesel cooler is to cool down the diesel, on other units , they want the diesel to be warmer. Different motors with different engineering behind them. Have seen Computers that had diesel passing through the back side to keep things from getting too hot. Lots of things determined by the design of the system. Simon C
