So, one thing that I've found particularly tricky about companies and their products is that they don't put out reports about their failure rates. That info can be damaging, but I'm looking into buying a new telehandler and am really trying to find out where I can find documentation about failure reports from competitive companies. Anyone have links they know of?
That sounds like a very difficult piece of info to obtain. I wouldnt think they have to publish that...... i know i wouldnt want to publish if i wasnt obligated by law.
