I recently took my laptop in to be "cleaned up and serviced" Had a bunch of issues so I'm told, all now fixed. Since then the drop down customer serial number list does not appear. the customer choice is still there but no machine serial choices or lists. I've tried to re add a new one. still doesn't work. Go to edit them and they are all there but just dont show in the main menu. Any ideas?
Somebody's wiped the cookie(s) containing the Serial Number lists..? AFAIK you can't add/edit the list, it is part of the setup of whatever level of access you have to SIS, so done by the dealer.
