Rc 100 stopped running. Replaced filters etc. After many hours of trouble shooting, it didn't start on its own! Tech was not familiar with this particular equipment, although he is a good mechanic. After researching, come to find out, equipped with LIFT-filter (basically fuel pump) is equipped with its own pump (solenoid) that was bad. Replaced pump, now on my own, I want to prime the injectors, would like some help trying to fix it myself. Just need a little push, how to bleed or prime the injectors, how to remove any air bubbles in the system. Cover is off: need next step, as mechanic is out of town, and we need the equipment! I would appreciate your feedback! Thank you in advance from a little old lady.

My first question is, are you saying you have an electric lift pump(fuel). Second question, what cover is off? Basically what you want to do is turn key to on position, the lift pump should run, crack open fuel line at injection pump, until bubbles stop, you may have to cycle key a few times, as it may only run for a certain amount of time. When fuel runs clear at pump, close bleeder, go to fuel injector line, and repeat running lift pump, crack each line at each injector, until fuel runs clear. Tighten all your injection lines, and try and start. I’m assuming your filter housing is bled already, if not that will have to be bled as well. Hope that helps

I think you have to momentarily crank the engine (one compression on starter) to get the pump to cut in. It will then run for 30secs or so. They normally self bleed ok without cracking lines.
