So Komatsu makes a D41-s3 loader and also makes a D41 dozer…what is the difference other than bucket vs blade?
Traxcavators have fixed undercarriage for stability when the bucket is high. Regular crawler tractors have oscillating track frames with an equalizer bar.
Komatsu used Oscillating track frames on the larger Track loaders from the D50 up always.
My 953C has an equalizer bar.
Well, there you go. Some tractor designer always has to produce something different, to mess with my mind, and my carefully-worked out ideas!
