So it seems I have a bad light relay on my cat 320d ,the one I removed is a 161-3128x ,my question is can I just use a denso relay ,does it have to be the cat branded one? Are there any differences?
There looks to be nothing special about it.
Just make sure it is diode suppressed vs resistor. Easy to tell, most relays have their internal schematics drawn on the side.
