Restarting problem

I have komatsu 180 wheel excavator.if work continue 6,7 hour and engine off than never start again till one hour wait,after one hour start again,i need help to solve this problem.thanks

    Are you talking about NO POWER to the starter..?? OR.. engine turns but no start??

    Engine move properly but no start till one hour cool down engine

    Does the engine shut off w/ the key switch or is it a cable/manual shut off..

    Also problem road speed is problem also,some time good speed but after one or two mint slow again

    This engine has a Zexel or Kiki> inline injection pump on it?? Its pretty basic.. Make SURE the shut off is returning to the RUN position when starting or after shut down.. It sounds like the stepper motor is failing.. NOT returning to run?? & that could be the problem w/ road speed also.. Your going to HAVE TO WATCH the throttle on the injection pump.. I'll bet its not returning TO START..

    Follow the rod from the throttle shaft on the injection pump.. the other end should be the stepper motor.

    Power also available but no start,if i dnt off during work machine never off automatically,but if i turn switch off than for restarting need need more than one hour ,even machine temperature not highy

    With key switch,if atart immediately the engine aound different, but after one hour cool down start again normally,
