Yes, but not with an under-CDL car carrying rollback. They are simply very light spec vehicles, and people will load the heck out of dumpsters. You would need at least a 20k capacity bed for a single axle truck, but you really need a tandem or tri-axle. You should look at the beds made by NRC. The other issue is, most rollbacks won't dump steep enough. I own a 20k rollback on a 35K chassis that will even dump wet dirt.
