Yes, the stick extends slowly and retracts at the normal pace.

‘Travel to one side’ can you explain? Do you mean travel motor issues? If so, what motor is slower?
No. I believe it may ne a valve issue. I suspect it would be the relief valve that controls the pump thats responsible for the stick and one track thats on the same circuit.
