Hey guys, i have about 4 and a half months until im out of the Army, im currently deployed to Iraq right now rebuilding this hell hole.. when i was home on R&R (Leave) my buddies father got me a job with "Schimick Construction" (not sure if thats spelled correctley), anywho just seeing if anyone has ever heard of them or if anyone actually works for them, i have been told it is an extremley good company.. just anxious and would like to find some info out! I worked for them as a sub contractor once, the people i dealt with in the office were very nice and easy to deal with, didnt Screw around paying me, bill on Friday check on Monday.

I think they also ranked high in some recent survey of one of the best places to work in the bay area, so either they are decent fokes from the top down or big enough hard asses to scare the employees into voting them into the top 25. I will say they have a pretty decent project credit list. But to their discredit they are a little high on their used equipment pricing.
