Hey guys, Im looking for your opinions on scissor lift dumps. Im looking to get a single axle 33k gvw dump in the near future. I see a lot more scissor lifts out there than telescopic hoists. Bed length will be 10-11ft and the truck will be getting used at GVW when I'm using it. I would prefer a telescopic but would I be ok with a scissor?
I used a scissor type lift several years back , you couldn't load it to capacity or it would not dump. That doesn't mean a newer one won't. Actually any of them back then never seemed to lift like the telescope cylinder. That's been 12 years plus ago.
