I have a JD 450C that is missing its s/n placard. I believe I'm looking for a 6 digit #. Is there anywhere else the s/n would be stamped on the machine? (I do find sub-assembly casting #'s) Thanks - Dennis
I'm probably having a brain misfire, but open the side box covers and look around, I seem to remember a plate riveted in there somewhere. Look on the engine block also, should be a tag there.
