Good afternoon, everyone.I have a regular monitor. I can't figure out what to do with the codes, how to view these codes on this screen. Who knows? S6T00119
Unfortunately with that design of Monitor Panel you can't view Diagnostic Codes. The only option to get into the system to view codes is with Cat ET.
You can try the following procedure, just in case. Start with the key OFF. Turn the key ON and wait 1 second, then turn it OFF. Repeat twice more, but on the last (3rd) key cycle leave the key in the ON position. On a large number of similar-looking Monitor Panels that procedure will put the Monitor into Service Mode. I can't guarantee that it will work with yours.
Hi.Unfortunately, this method does not work. Thank you for your time.
030 0248.02
That's for the Monitor System and relates to a communication error on the datalink. See attached. You might need an electrical schematic to locate all the wiring harness connectors for the datalink. Please ask if you don't have one.
Also 0668.12
Machine sputtered and died. Had to use either to restart. Once running all lights went out on dash. Machine died again.
Also 030 prefix.?
113 for 0668.02 Also for 030 it is 0819.02
I'm assuming they are Active Codes. The troubleshooting procedures will only give good results if the Code is Active at the time the procedure is being carried out. Incorrect signal from the transmission direction control lever sensor. Lack of communication to the main display
So the ability to view the errors is there. I can't figure out how to do that.
For a machine of S6T prefix such as yours the procedure circled in your first screen shot is not applicable. On some D6R machines it is, but unfortunately not yours. Between the three different Series of D6R produced over a 20-year time span there were no less than 50 different models. The same procedure will not necessarily work on all of them. See the attachment which is from an S6T Service Manual. Note that there is no procedure listed for "Viewing Diagnostic Codes using the Operator Monitor", it only lists using ET.
