Programmed tool setting is correct at 294 lpm Yet, when hammer is selected, it only shows 240 lpm, and operating the hammer, the bpm (cycle times) are slow. Any idea where to start. 9800 hours on machine.
Found the answer. Once the machine was move to "H" mode from "S", the hammer now runs normal (for a kobelco). Now, if I could only convince the machine to run 2 pumps on one way flow, I could set the flow at 350 lpm, which is the high end of the Rammer 4099 hammer spec (250 lpm to 350 lpm).
Maybee 294 LPM is not possible in S mode.
Yes, 294 lpm is not possible in "S" mode, even though 294 lpm is programmed. Perhaps this'll help someone in the future. You know, when not in "H" mode, all attachment flow settings are reduced, and, the reduced flow is indicated, by number, on the home screen.
just run it on nibbler mode and unplug the solenoid for the selector valve so it stays direct to tank.
just plug a dummy coil in so it doesn't throw a code
