Skyjack SjIII3219 No functions from platform except steer and lower, raises only from lower controls

Skyjack SjIII3219 No functions from platform except steer and lower, raises only from lower controls. This is a motor control s/n 2213**** machine with 370 ish hours. Machine had been working fine and suddenly stopped while moving. It won't drive or raise from platform. It will lower. Horn does work from platform as does voltmeter. E-stop illuminated in both locations. Batteries over 26 volts. Battery solenoid does operate when controls are commanded at the platform. Tilt switch and circuit test out. Any help would be appreciated!!
