Machine is a 2013 with the Cummins qsb3.3 engine and electronic throttle pedal. It will start but idle rough and very low, at around 400rpm. No throttle response at all. Most hydraulic functions kill the engine. Already checked the pedal with a known good one, pedal isnt the problem. Checked all the fuses, no codes coming up. It has fresh fuel, new fuel filter and is properly bled. Not sure where to go from here because I assumed a fault code would of popped up by now. Im leaning towards ECU or Injection pump. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated
