Im working on a Samsung SL 250 wheel loader. never had one apart before. Pulling the engine to fix a hyd. leak. Is there anything attached to the flywheel that i need to disconnect to remove the engine? Also do i have to remove the hyd. tank. No service manuals or anything. I would appreciate any help
Hi Craig, you definitely have to unbolt the converter from flywheel.the converter MUST stay in transmission, else you'd risk to damage bearing and/or seal ring of converter. Take bolts off through hole in bell housing. I recently got a complete book of loaders SL 150, 180, 250 with plenty of interesting details. Further info in conversation. Good luck
