Good day gear Speed is normally reliant of flow and this is dependant of pump speed suggest you begin check out the engine see if the engine complies with specifications on maximum revolutions. Kind regards Uffex

Hi Gear Suggest you check the pilot pressure with the fluid warm and low revolutions you are looking for no less that 350 p.s.i., if this si correct start by timing the circuits to establish how slow we are talking. if you need more detail go excatech.org - library - hydraulics - H2 measure pilot pressure.
