Looking at smaller dozers. Found 2 D39 Komatsu with 2xxx hours on both. One just spent $20k and had toto replaced. Another already had engine replaced. Bad luck or bad dozers?
What vintage? My old boss had a couple of the updated Dresser TD-9s. I don't remember how many hours they had but one got a new undercarriage. They were good machines and I enjoyed running them with the joystick F-R, steering and twist for gear selection.
I would have to go back and look, but both less than 10 years old
The D39's that were like a Dresser TD9-H are at least 20 years old. Newer D39's are Komatsu designed and built. FWD
