Call NC with your serial #and ask if that part is still in stock then ask if its in Classic parts, price should be about half. If they don't have it get the part number and call equipment scrapers. Good luck Bob

What are you looking for ,the pulley or the damper? Bob

Pulley. Ours is worn to razor sharp, paper thin edges & it is killing our belts.

If you have the part number, you can do a part number search for used parts on machinery trader dot com.

took a look at SIS and at least some are still available from the Cat House! One I priced was close to 800 clams! What is the application? Do you have a S/N, that helps a lot when looking for information!

The application is in a Skagit BU-94 slackline yarder. It has 6 or 8 grooves I believe. Where would I find the SN# on the engine?

Try these people, they sell aftermarket and surplus new-old-stock. https://www.offroadeq.com/

On most Cat engines there is usually a tag about one by two inches one the side of the block a little below the head and near the back of the block. Usually held on with two rivets. If you see two small holes but no tag clean that area real good as the numbers were often stamped into the casting as well. I'd also suggest looking over the pulley real close as Cat is one of the better companies for marking part numbers on parts. Stamped in numbers would be best but a casting number might also help identify the part.

Look right above the starter ,should be a plate there. Don't those have the engine # on the yarder build plate? that may be a better # if the engine # is different .That pulley may not be a Cat part. Is McPaul's still open? Good luck Bob

Thank you Bob. McPaul's is now Way Machine. Bill sold out about 8 years ago. He still owns the shop & land though.
