i have been doing some self testing on my 310a weak and slow hydraulic,now they are so bad i have almost no loader, backhoe functions.been suspecting a bad pump in the transmisson for a while,have very low volume coming out of trans pump,and standby pressure is now down to about 1000 to 1200 psi pump is also chattering.can anyone give me any advise on replacing the pump in the transmission. thanks, steve p.s. i have already checked suction screen ,clean, and bypass valve,they are both fine.
sbarrett I had an older 310 John Deere tat the pump got weak . But I thought the pump was bolted to the crank at the front of the machine
the main pump is at the front,but the supply pump that sends fluid to the main pump,is inside the transmission
