I posted a thread on this small scraper before... i need someone with some knowledge on how the steering clutches work ...would they be considered wet clutches?when we pull back on lever it has no effect on either side..doesnt release the side being pulled. could the clutches be stuck ..or something worse.the steering levers are connected to a small cylinder which has hydraulic line that runs to the corresponding side...i guess what ia m sayinng it uses hydraulic pressure instead of mechanical ..to release...also the brake line also is hooked up to the levers also..if anyone can give some input i could use it...would hate to pull the whole wheel assembly again...we did this to get trans out to put bearings in.i dont have a clue how long this has been sitting idle thanks
