i had posted before this problem and still can't figure it out and now a new problem with jib boom cylinder. rotator will not move. took platform off, cleaned counter balance valves - did not find any dirt, ect. bleed oil and will not move while bleeding or after. jib boom cylinder lifts good but as soon as stop lifting drops down within 10sec. cleaned those counter balance valves and did not find dirt ,etc. cylinder does not leak externally but the machine had set for years. is it more likely the counter balance valves or cylinder leaking inside or ?
