I have a 2006 hitichi 160 lc 3 trackhoe. I had what I though was a trackmotor go out. I took the trackmotor apart and put it back together in the field it works fine now. The issue is Have is the swing brake will not let loose unless you push either lever to move the tracks the it will release. It will also lock up while turning and you have to push either tracklever to make it turn again. Does anyone have any advice on this I’ve never had the brake not work Work as it should. Thanks. Rusty
So the swing brake problems started after the motor repair was done? Probably some debris now in the swing motor valve. Try cleaning it out
