I have a problem with our excavator, a sumitomo LS-2800 F7 1988 Swing doesn't work, it looks like it get pressure, and sometime it working but very slowly. What could be wrong? Anyone who have a hydraulic shematic for this excavator?

Mecand Does the slew motor sound if it is locked or can you swing but feels like its struggling and juddering and that you are trying to power through it. You will have cross line relief valves on the slew motor left and right you will also have a solenoid valve block with 100 % swing lock and a 50 % lock as well there also a switch on the dash to lock out swing .so will need to check that these are operating i think the valve block is behind the cab on some servo pipes between cab and batteries .from memory you also have a swing pressure switch on the valve block .You could also have a slew brake leak on the motor do you have hydraulic oil filling the slew gearbox pull dipstick out and look see or you might find the oil is filling slew ring up.
