So I own a 2009 T190 and it's bogging down almost all the time. Even idling it'll cut out then come back to full power for a second. Then cut out again, whether I'm idling, driving, or turning power goes back and forth.
Have you checked your inline fuel filter and fuel primer bulb if installed might be closing off. You might also have something floating around in fuel tank.
...or could be in the early stage of fuel pickup tube inside the tank is about to break off, sounds like a fuel delivery problem for sure.
