Recently looked at a 04 t190, the guy had a reciept from an action company with a serial number on it. I called bobcat and the serial number matched the description of the loader and checked out ok. The only problem is the serial number plate is missing, he seems like an all around good guy(asking price seems fair but not so low that it's alarming). But the closest dealer is three hours away, if i could find the serial number somewhere else on the machine I would feel better about buying it and getting a new ser. number plate. can anyone help?
bobcat delaer can plug into the machine and verify the SN, hours, check stored fault codes, and run it through the stolen eq lists we get several calls a year to check out used machines the only way most dealers will attempt to obtain a replacement plate is by verifying the info through service analyzer, and cross checking some other numbers with the factory. :drinkup
