Takeuchi TL12 Error Code

I changed the oil, filter, and fuel filter (pre only waiting on the 2nd one) and when I started the machine, I immediately received a fault. When toggling through the data on the display, I see an SPN and FMI but cannot make heads/tails as to what it is. SPN 523582 FMI 4 - Intake throttle lift sensor abnormality specifically "Low". Any suggestions on where to start? Did a cursory look at any leads that were loose, etc and cannot find anything.
