Takeuchi tl130 battery drain

I have a Takeuchi TL 130 that drains the battery when off and once the battery is charged and the engine is running it continues to drain the battery to the point that safety switch on the arm bar will not engage when lifted with the engine running. The lights on the control panel all go out when the engine is running. Wondering where to start to track down the problem
