Takeuchi tl140 track adjuster

I have a 2004 takeuchi tl140. The left track wont stay tight so I'm guessing I need to put new seals in the adjuster. How do I get to it? Do I remove the track? What else? Cant find anything on the web. Thanks

    If it is losing tension, there are only two places where the grease can escape. Either at the chrome rod seal or at the grease fitting. Is the grease fitting snug tight? 19mm socket to tighten it.

    By grease fitting you mean grease zero? Haven't noticed any grease around it. Cant see the chrome rod.
