TB 025 won’t shut off with key

i have to manually shut off fuel switch,also no lights on instrument panel no glow plugs or dummy lights,can't figure out whats going on i replaced ignition but didn't solve problem does anyone have any ideas on where to start

    You fuel stop solenoid (stop motor )Takeuchi calls it.May not be working right or the rack in the injection pump might be sticking a bit .

    I isolated the solenoid and jumped a power source and it accuates . Starting to trace wires back to source can't find any breaks their is a safety relay don't know how to test .

    Still can't figure out why the dash isn't lighting up

    If it will not shut off the solenoid may not be loosing the ground to release. Harry what is your email ? I can sent you the service manual with the electrical diagram.If you are loosing a ground the dash will not work.There is a relay tied into the stop solenoid. What is your email ?
