I have made an offer of 9,500 for a TD-7E International. There is some leakage on two cylinders. When I checked for wear I did not see anything that looked to be a future problem. Ether has been used to help with cranking. My question is-How can I know the torque converter is in good working order? I don't know the cost to have a converter rebuilt. But if it needed rebuilding 9500 maybe to to much to pay. Thanks elvis61
