telehandler wont tilt

i have a ss6036 super shooter cant get it to tilt any ideas i also cant find a fuse panel

    Have you checked your voltage at the joystick? Use a multimeter to see if there is voltage when you tilt forward and tilt back on the joystick at the connections beneath it.
