Dear Sirs, I have in my fleet a TEREX dumper TA 27 This machine mounted a transmission ZF 6WG 210. We had a problem with this transmission. This transmission breaks a disc carrier every week , exactly the K1 It breaks the border where the circlip its mounted. It happened for the first time one year ago,we have repaired the transmission complete with new original parts from ZF and it worked OK for 40 hours more or less , but it broke with the same problem again . We repaired it again , once it was repaired we calibrated the transmission with AEB starter,but it broke the next week with the same problem. We would be very grateful if someone could give us a solution or a clue to solve this problem for ever. Best Regards

I due not know this transmission . but past experience with John Deere products raises this question is the transmission being driven by the drive wheels such as over speeding by putting it it neutral when loaded going down a steep hill this type of action causes trans failure and is always the same type of failure good luck BIG D
when you rebuilt the trans who did it and did they check the clearance on the clutch pack
