Hello guys, we have a Terex TA40 with the Detroit series 60 engine. no start issue here, cranks but won’t fire. Runs on ether of course. Check engine light up on dash but cannot activate the blink code sequence as per manual… says it won’t work if unit is in engine protection mode…? Checked all fuses and relays, checked low pressure fuel system short of fuel pressure( hand primer working well, lots of fuel), fuel pressure sender was broken off replaced that, checked fuel return check valve at the head, working good. Bled fuel out of head by hand pumping while check valve was out. Voltage tested TPS. CAN high and low good. Kind of stumped other than checking fuel transfer pump output pressure while cranking… understand these take very little fuel pressure to fire..? Let me know your thoughts please
