I have a 2001 Terex TB42. It moves in reverse and not forward. I had all the boards, fuses tested and are good. On the hyd. Pump the solenoids for the forward and reverse only have 9.3 volts all other solenoids have 12.50 - 13.50 volts. I took wires from reverse solenoid put on forward it work so I know that both solenoids are good. Is it possible that the value inside the block on the hyd. pump is stuck.
