The 210 is only rated 30% duty cycle (3-minutes maximum output per 10 minutes) IMO not adequate for boring welding.
ESAB MIGMASTER 280 PRO is my best friend.
How many amper it's needed for .035 wire?
Manufacturers specs on ER70S-6 vary but I would say from about 90 up to 150 or so amps for short arc normally, but you can push it to 250 or higher in some cases. I used to max out a Miller 225 doing spray arc with .035, good times. YMMV
