Looking at some random stuff online came across some new style hand held welders. Most manual welding is hand held but not like these. They look like a cordless impact wrench and you hold power source in your hand. Another useless solution to a problem that doesn't exist.
Unless they are battery powered so a person can do a bunch of booger welds on maybe their exhaust leak, when 4 wheelin. Yeah funny stuff.
I thought they were made to look like the laser welders but are bigger. The one I looked at had a thumb screw to hold the electrode. 120 volt. Esab has a battery powered welder but it uses 4 Dewalt batteries. Kind of pricey if you don't really need it.
