Thumb Clamp ???

I seem to recall a picture of what we here in NZ would call a thumb on this forum. However this one seemed to be somewhat different to normal, and had another name which I cannott recall. My son has tilting quick hitches and the thumb is not very good in this application. Can anyone recall this thing ???? Regards PS I may have seen it on U Tube ???
