TL 130 not charging

I replaced the alternator and battery on my TL 130 the battery light is blinking on and off and tester shows no charge coming from alternator cables are clean and good connections. Doe's anybody have some ideas on what else to check?

    Does this have the Nippon Denso alternator with the 3 pin sealed aux connector on the back?

    Yes it is A Denso with a 3 pin connector

    Which wires are populated on the 3 pin connector?

    I replaced the Denso with a Wilson. Don't know what you mean by populated!

    The wilson has three pin connector on the back

    What he means is, are all three holes filled with a wire and if not which ones are?

    The wires are black with yellow stripe, white, and white with green stripe. If that is any help. Thank you for your help.
