Do Tracked Feller Bunchers roll over or flip as much as rubber tired?:usa
A tracked feller buncher is usually able to level the house to make them more stable when working on slopes. They are going to have simular tendencies as excavators when working perpendicular to the tracks, aka reduced capacity. With a wheeled machine, I'm assuming that your talking a modified wheel loader, you pull up to the tree keeping your tail behind you, and your weight capacity changes little. But like any other wheeled equipment, you have to be more carefull with them to avoid tipping. Oh, the short answer to your question is, "yes"
Thanks for your reply.
