Not sure where i should post this but here i go...I have been searching for information about rebuilding hydraulic hammers w/o any luck. Can any one point me in the right direction or better yet know a little something about rebuilding hammers. Mine is a tramac any help or advise would be appreciated:usa
Rebuilding a hammer is not a hard task, especially a Tramac. Is your hammer leaking or not working? What info are you looking for? It would be helpful if you could find a good machine shop that can polish the piston for you. This will help your seals last longer. What model do you have? In my opinion Tramac is one of if not the best hammer made.

can you get any pics??some hammer have accummulator some are direct charge .there are a lot of kinds and makes.is it for a skid,hoe, or excavator???
