I have a 955k (61H) loader that needs a transmission pump,not sure where it's located.one guy said it on the motor and another said in under seat....and pictures would be great of what it looks like and where it located. Are they had to replace. Thank you for all the help.
Before you go further, invest in a service manual. Just knowing where it is and not knowing if you have strainers loaded up or lines IN and OUT failing plus how to and where to check your pressures will be a boon if you have the tools and sense to work it is not enough.
Agree. And my first question(s) would be why do you think you need a pump? What is it doing or not doing? When did this start doing something wrong? About the worst thing you can do for your machine, wallet, or sanity is to jump into this by throwing parts and money at it, we see that too often here! I won't say pumps don't fail and need replacing but way too often the "real problem" is someplace else!
