Is there just two interaxle differential on these axles;or do they have a way ofdividing torque eqally to three axles?
Yes. The front two drive axles both have a divider head, rearmost is just the usual rear rear. Divider lock/divider lock/diff lock/diff lock/diff lock= bulldozer, LOL
Has two front diffs and a rear diff. Power naturally flows same as it does in a tandem. Through the first, through the second, to the rear. You have two power dividers. Hope this helps.
also if you have all 3 locked up don't expect to make the next corner. The bulldozer analogy is pretty spot on only no differential steering.
2 frenemies of mine have tri drive KW's from in Canada in the states that they tandemed out. The axle housings are 3 or 4 inches wider on each side than a standard axle here. Whats the reason?
Former oil patch trucks perhaps. See lots in Alberta, Canada with a larger axle set up.
They are called wide track axles and are popular for off road applications such as oil and gas, logging etc
