I have a 1990 JCB 1400B backhoe that was parked for about 4 years. I had a local mechanic get it going recently but although it starts just fine it won't move. I'm having a hard time getting my guy back out. In the 4 years it sat the transmission fluid disappeared, so I filled it up again. I believe the reverser is electrical. Any ideas? Thanks, GH
