TV380 won’t start

I have a 2012 case tv380 and it won’t start. It’s giving me a 1350 code and won’t turn over or do anything. I’ve checked all the fuses. Is there anyway to check the relays without replacing all of them? Iv pulled the cab and checked all the ecm connections because that’s where I had trouble once before but all those are clean and connected well. I also lost air/heat and all the electronics to it. Thanks for any help!
