My JD790ELC starts but is under heavy load any function will stall motor except for thumb opening doesn't seem to change anything but when closing the thumb seems to free up the motor slightly also when I kill engine with the key the power to the instrument panel stay on and the throttle switches to power setting until I turn key backto the on position then the throttle will return to the idle position?
