Looking to buy an older backhoe for around 10K. So far this sites been great. One of the machines I am looking at is a 1987 Case 580E super E. Its in pretty good shape and looks good. The hrs are 7800. Is that high for that machine? They are asking 11900. Any suggestions? Also, looking at some older 580D and C's but not as good shape as the super E but show less hrs. Also, going to look at a 1984 Ford 555 asking $7500. I have read mixed reviews on the Ford machines. Any pros or cons on ford vs case. Also, what should I look for when I check these machines out.
