Trying to bring this old dog back up to spec to retire as farm duty. Here is a short list of items we need to get things back in action. 10 - bottom track rollers, used or cheap aftermarkets 2 - top carrier track rollers, used or cheap aftermarkets 1 - Front cab window assy, 1 - Exhaust muffler, no idea where to get it, but not paying 400 for one. new or used I could also use the glass for the door and back window but not required immediately.
For glass why not try to find a local windshield supplier who can cut laminated glass to a template ..? That would work for all your missing windows. Track/carrier rollers. What's the Serial Number of the machine ..? Not sure if these rollers were also used on dozers. If they are it might be easier to get hold of them or at least something from a dozer that'll fit. Muffler - no idea.
A little bump. I have some god pricing on new aftermarket but still hoping to find some used rollers to get us going for now until we know if the machine is going to work for us. Bottom rollers were also used on the D4 with PNs 7K8095, 1181608, 1M4218, 6T9887, 8T7454, need 10 of them. I have checked with some used dealers and most are just priced too high for their condition. Found one that was priced right but they only have 5 and shipping costs dictate that we get them all from the same place. We are in South KS and willing to drive a bit to get some.
